NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at 7:35 PM in the Town Hall Annex, 4 Town Hall Drive on the petition of James T. Camp applying for a Special Permit for a bed & breakfast operation at 58 Mountain Road. Property is identified on Assessors map #8A, lot 8.

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 2 at 7:50 PM in the Town Hall Annex, 4 Town Hall Drive on the petition of the Town of Princeton for a Special Permit to construct a new radio communications tower and related equipment at the Public Safety Building, 8 Town Hall Drive. Work involves removal of existing, guyed, radio tower and installation of new, concrete pad in different location to support a four-sided, lattice tower and related communications equipment.

A copy of the proposals may be reviewed at the Planning Office in Town Hall, Monday-Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
